Engineer from the Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá. Master degree in
Operations Research and Statistics in Industrial Engineer. She works in the
creation of organizations as well as bringing about radical changes in
established companies or companies that are in critical stages. She does
consulting in Corporate Finance: Financial Engineering, Financial Analysis in
Economic Value Added -EVAÒ,
Consulting in Mergers, Acquisitions, Capitalizations, Feasibility Studies and
Business Plan, Economic and Financial Assessment helped with Automatized
Financial Models. She has experience
in different areas including Diagnosis and Environmental Impact Studies,
Operation Research, Evaluation of Social Projects, Strategic Planning, Sales
& Marketing Areas, Quality Management and State-of-the-Art Technology. Before she joined
GLF she was a Business Consultant and the Sales and Marketing Manager in a
Cards Solutions Network Security Company. She was also Financial,
Administrative and Human Resources Manager in a large size interbanking
production center property of Sanford Group. She worked in investment
banking, created and participated in various financial management conferences
and she was a University teacher. She is Colombian
and now she lives in the British Columbia, Canada and she has been a Canadian
Resident since 2003. |

Olga Forero: Consultant - Industrial Engineer from
the Universidad Industrial de Santander -UIS in Bucaramanga, Colombia with
specialization in Estate and Domiciliary Services Management and with a
specialization in Teaching of Spanish Language. She was a teacher and Career Director of the
Industrial Engineer Department for 15 years in the Universidad Distrital of
Bogotá, She taught at the Universidad Javeriana, Universidad Konrat Lorenz,
Universidad Antonio Nariño and the Universidad of Antioquia in Medellín
Colombia. She has experience in Ergonomics, Methods and times,
Industrial Security, Design of Plant, Points of Work in Production Lines and
Production and Operations. Mrs Forero is a British Citizen and she lives part
of the year in Colombia and the other part in Canada. |

Don Gould: External Advisor - Mr. Gould has had a
distinguished career in BC’s Lumber Industry, most recently serving as the
President and Chief Operating Officer of The Pas Lumber Company Ltd. in
Prince George, British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Gould started with The Pas Lumber Company in
1965 as Controller and Office Manager, then he became Senior Vice-president
and General Manager in 1972, President and Chief Operating Officer in 1984.
The Pas Lumber Company changed its name to Winton Global. Mr. Gould has served as a director of numerous
associations and companies, including the Council of Forest Industries, the
American Forest and Paper Association and the Canadian Forest Industries
Council. Mr. Gould is an Upper Fraser Regional Director in the Fraser Basin
Council Board. He has also been a Director of the BC Progress Board, The
American Wood Council, Spruce Capital Homes, and chair of the Northern Forest
Products Association. In addition, he has served as Chair of the Canadian
Wood Council, as well as President of the Conifer Labour Association. Mr Gould lives in the British Columbia, Canada *Fraser refers to the Region where the river Fraser
is located, one of the most important affluent in British Columbia and very
important for the forest industry. |

Jason Gould: IT Consultant- Networking Specialist – Mr. Gould is the General
Manager/IT Manager of a network consulting company. He specializes in network design and backup and disaster
recovery. Mr. Gould has acted as
project manager on several system upgrades and software implementation
projects. With over 13 years of IT and Management experience,
Mr. Gould is able to consistently develop, managed, and deliver complex IT
projects on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with customer
requirements. Mr. Gould manages the GLF Venture’s Asian Branch. Mr. Gould is Canadian and lives in Shanghai, China. Others Consultants: GLF Venture has several external consultants with
